• Custom Orders: Require 50% down payment. Custom designs are non-refundable once production begins.

• We accept major credit cards, bank transfers, and select payment platforms.

• Late payments for B2B services may incur penalties or delays.

4. Shipping and Delivery

• Shipping fees and timelines vary based on location and order type.

• We are not liable for delays caused by courier services or customs.

5. Returns and Exchanges

• Retail items may be returned within 7 days if unworn and in original condition.

• Custom and corporate orders are non-refundable unless defective upon arrival.
